WHAT IT IS — Fofr Kros: a cyclocross show after the Janev Cup in Chýnov
Fofr Kros is a fun race that follows the main program of the Janev Cup cyclocross series. Once the men's pro race finishes, fifteen men and fifteen women take to the same course — amateurs, well-known faces and companies. It lasts up to half an hour and it's mainly about having fun.

01/How the day runs
The day has two parts.
Main program
During the day, professional cyclists race the Czech cyclocross cup, possibly with riders from abroad. This is serious sport — people come to watch top performances.
Fofr Kros
Fifteen minutes after the men's race finishes, we take to the same course. No pros — instead amateurs, well-known faces and companies. It's for fun, not for points.
02/Who races
The riders aren't pros.
Fifteen men and fifteen women race. None of them is a professional cyclist. They're people for whom cyclocross is a bit of fun, not a job.

03/Race format
The race lasts up to 30 minutes.
It's run on a single circuit with a few obstacles. The obstacles are built by our sponsors, so they're different every time. It's not about the clock or winning — it's about fun and atmosphere.

04/How to take part
You race by invitation.
There's no sign-up form. We put the start list together ourselves and invite the riders. If you'd like to race and think you'd be interesting to watch on the course, write to us — we'll keep you in mind.

First the professional Czech-cup race, possibly with riders from abroad. Then our fun race. Throughout the day, on site:

We don't have a sign-up form — we invite the riders ourselves. You can still write to us. If it makes sense, we'll get back to you.
Nothing for riders. There's no entry fee, and we don't pay appearance fees.
No. There are deliberately no pros on the start line. It's enough that you want to give it a go.
A cyclocross bike. If you don't have one, we'll try to find one for you.
You'll see the professional cup race and our fun race right after it — plus stalls, food and a live band.
In Chýnov, within a ten-minute walk of the grounds. We'll confirm the exact spot.
